Dr. Neil L. Pugach's Fraud Against The Federal Social Security Administration

This is the letter sent from Neil L. Pugach to "To Whom It May Concern" some days before the trial, where doctor Pugach omit all the exams performed on Rebecca McKay White and says "I consider her to have permanent major deficits in her overall functioning due to the injuries she sustained from this beating ( He dont know she before 2005 and refers to something that happened in 2002). I believe that these deficits are enough to preclude her from being able to perform any kind of work in the future."

My question is; You think that's the correct action to take to a doctor?

what happened; to the three previous medical reports?

The day after the criminal charge from Rebecca White to Carlo Parlanti, the detective John Reilly went to take some pictures of Carlo Parlanti's apartment, where the alleged victim said the rape happened.
