Dear Ms Katia Anedda

This is to inform you that in order to maximize my  effectiveness in carrying out to review of Carlo Parlanti is trial per your instructions, I’m going to require additional months because of the sheer volume and complexity of material. These challenges include  logistic and documentation issues, practical and skills related factors as well as the need to coordinate schedules .

I feel compelled to tell you without a shadow of a doubt the investigations related to Carlo Parlanti's case, as ducted bye the detectives ,have the following characteristics :

A. they are full of gaps based on conjecture and on falling in love with the accusatory thesis

B. They are biased and directed at demonstrating the responsibility of Mr. Parlanti

C. They are without regard for scientific logical criminal criminological and investigative canons and without regard for natural and scientific laws.

D. They have been handled with a suspicious belief in Mr Parlanti's guilt . they are impregnated with a malice against him that cannot be explained . They are certainly full of investigative and judical bias .

E. Their partisan behavior is benevolent and partial in favor of their "star-witness and grand ms Rebecca White .

F. They have disrespected the sciences of crime scene analysis ,analysis of interaction of criminal events, and time behavior synchronisms .

G .They are full of contradictions ,evaluation  errors, disregarding the rules of criminal investigation analysis .

It goes without saying that such a poorly conducted investigation along with the assumption of guild that emerges from the trial transcripts  could not produce anything other than the unjust conviction of Mr. Carlo Parlanti .
